GYM MEMBERSHIPS COMPETITION

The Terms and Conditions below outline the agreement between entrants and Liveat Pty Ltd with regards to entering the competition.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Tasmania over the age of 18 except for Liveat Pty Ltd employees, or direct family members of Liveat Pty Ltd employees.
3. This competition will commence at 06:00 am AEDT on 01st December 2019 and will conclude by 08:30 pm AEDT on 31st December 2019.
4. To enter, entrants must make an in-store purchase from any Liv-eat store and use their activated Liv-eat Rewards Club card. Once the activated Liv-eat Rewards card is successfully scanned the remainder of the entry process is fully automated with no additional effort required from the entrant.
5. Liveat Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any entries that fail to register due to technical reasons.
6. Entrants can enter as many times as they wish but no entrant may win more than one prize.
7. The prize is 1 of 2 Anytime Fitness Gym memberships valued at over $1,000 each.
8. There will only be two winners in total. 1 from the South of the State and 1 from the North of the state.
9. Entries made at either the Kings Meadows or King St store in Launceston will go into the draw to win for the North of the state and entries made at any stores in the Greater Hobart region will go into the draw to win for the South of the state.
10. Each winner will be randomly selected.
11. Liv-eat reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, at any time, without prior notice.
12. Winners will be notified via Liv-eat’s Instagram and Facebook accounts on the day of 14th January 2019.
13. Liveat Pty Ltd will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition unless otherwise stated in the entry details.
14. By entering this Competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Liv-eat for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
15. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names in such publicity.
16. You agree that the decision made by Liveat Pty Ltd to awards prizes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
18. By entering the Competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
