TEAM MEMBERS

If you know how to smile and deliver great customer service, then you’re halfway there. Previous experience in the industry is not required; as long as you’re motivated, hardworking and have a great personality we can help you develop your skills and knowledge to fit right in.

LEADERS

Experience in the food retail environment is preferable. You will also need previous experience in managing small teams and handling team environment issues. Any previous courses in supervision and management are just a bonus, giving you extra brownie points.

STORE MANAGERS

Store Managers ensure that their store is running smoothly and meeting performance expectations. Experience in team leading, coaching, meeting targets and key performance indicators is highly preferable.

KITCHEN MANAGER

To be a successful Kitchen Manager you will be involved with all aspects of kitchen operations and catering sales. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring daily, weekly and monthly goals and targets are met in line with performance criteria.
